SHORT DESCRIPTION OF RANKS:
Founder
A founder is the top rank that any member of the ANA can possibly achieve. The Founders have the most authority out of all ranks of the organization. If there is a discrepancy among The Hand, then the founders will determine the solution for the problem. Unfortunately, the only way to achieve this rank is to work your way up to a member of The Hand, and when the founder "retires", the previous Founder will choose his or her replacement.
The Hand
The Hand is a group of odd-numbered people that are second in command next to the founders. These people are the ones that will oversee all group activities. Each part of the organization will be represented by a member of The Hand. The members that are part of this rank will be exceptional, the best the organization has to offer. The only people they have to answer to are the Founders. This is the highest rank one can achieve through a vote.
The Fingers
The Fingers will be an even-numbered group of individuals voted upon by The Hand. The members of The Fingers will be the "associates" of members of the hand. Each member of The Hand will have two associates under them. If there is a decision to be made The Fingers will discuss and vote upon the matter. If a decision cannot be reached by this rank, the departments involved will create a small presentation for The Hand so that they may make the final decision. The decision will be presented to the Founders by a representative of The Hand, and the Founders may make any adjustments or changes.
The Nerves
The people that make up The Nerves are those that are the most in touch with current events, news, and articles of interest to the group. They will act as informants to The Fingers. Any and all news they hear or read, they are to document it and present it to The Fingers who will then in turn move it up the ranks so that way it can be sorted out to be presented at meetings to the lower ranks.
